Sidewalk Sales Schedule 2012

Central Avenue Shoppers can find great bargains each month as participating businesses hold Sidewalk Sale events. Businesses who wish to conduct Sidewalk Sales need to contact the CASID office for permit information. Sidewalk Sale Events are scheduled as follows.

  • Mar 15, 16, 17, (Wknd of St. Patrick’s)
  • Aug 23, 24, 25 (before Labor Day)
  • Apr 5, 6, 7 (Easter Weekend)
  • Sep 6, 7, 8 (after Labor Day Wknd)
  • May 10, 11, 12 (Mother’s Day Wknd)
  • Oct 4, 5, 6
  • Jun 7, 8, 9
  • Nov 1, 2, 3
  • Jul 5, 6, 7 (Weekend after 4th of July)
  • Dec (To be Announced)

At the Liberty Science Center

Through January 22nd: Math Midway Exhibition at the Liberty Science Center
Explore surprising aspects of math in a fun-filled, carnival-themed exhibition from the Museum of Mathematics.  Guests will delight to riding on a square-wheeled tricycle, playing mathematical games of chance, using a laser beam to find hidden shapes within shapes and more. Suitable for ages 6 and up. Free with paid admission or membership. In the Featured Experience Gallery, Fourth Floor. For more information see lsc.org/math-midway.
